Christopher Casariego AIA, NCARB, LEED AP
Co-Founder and Principal Architect
Christopher Casariego is a founding principal of CSpace Architecture and Design. He holds a Bachelor of Design and a Master of Architecture degree from Florida International University and is a registered Architect. Christopher has overseen various retail store rollouts throughout the United States and has also worked on various luxury homes throughout South Florida. He has served on the City of Sunrise Sustainability Board and is a Member of the Ocean Reef Club Chamber of Commerce.
Stephanie Morales Casariego AIA, NCARB, LEED AP
Co-Founder and Principal Architect
Stephanie Casariego is also a founding principal of CSpace Architecture and Design. She holds a Bachelor of Design and a Master of Architecture degree from Florida International University and is a registered architect. Stephanie has an extensive background in high end residential and retail design throughout South Florida, Latin America, and the Caribbean. She was an adjunct professor of Retail Design at the Florida International University Department of Interior Architecture and is currently on the Board of Directors of the American Institute of Architects Miami Chapter, and is a member of the Ocean Reef Club Chamber of Commerce.

Maria Medina
Project Manager
Maria holds a Bachelor of Design from , UNET Universidad del Tachira, San Cristobal, Venezuela and a Master of Architecture degree from Politecnico di Milano, Italy.She has worked on residential and commercial projects in South America, Europe and South Florida. Maria is highly skilled at solving complex design issues and taking projects from initial concept design to completion.
Mariana Velasquez
Design Manager
Mariana Velasquez holds a Bachelor of architectural Design from SCAD Savannah College of art and design and a Master of Architecture degree from Florida International University. She also completed the Compostela Architecture Workshop in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. She is our lead designer and pays close attention to detail and our client's needs to provide a top quality final product.
Limosha McIntosh
Architectural Designer
Limosha holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Miami. She also has Master of Arts in Global Studies from Concordia University Irvine, where she studied abroad in Ghana. She has experience working on luxury remodels and new homes in South Florida from initial design concept to construction drawings.
Pilar Marte
Architectural Designer
Pilar holds a Master of Architecture degree from Florida International University. She previously worked managing construction projects for Everglades National Park and has extensive knowledge in sustainable design.
