Colson Drive Residence is located on a dry lot with Gumbo Limbo trees in Key Largo, Florida. The goal was to create a cost effective yet, sleek and contemporary Key Largo home. The main floor has an open floor plan and a living room with sliding glass doors so that when they are open, the space feels like the surrounding outdoors has entered indoors. We kept the exterior palette with neutral colors accentuated by bronze window frames and bronze railings.
