Our concept is to create a home the takes full advantage of the open view to Largo Sound. It is elevated to meet current flood zone requirements and the home is arranged around a central two story atrium. This atrium will serve as an area that is ideal for our client to entertain guests, with a double height floor to ceiling glass façade and accordion glass doors in the living room and kitchen that open fully to the outside, making the exterior an extension of the interior.
