For this project, we maximized the client's interior living space by enclosing a large existing terrace and removing the exterior wall. The goal was to remodel the home, giving it a light and airy resort feel by updating it with lighter finishes. The shingle roof was also replaced with a blue standing seam metal roof, and the railings were updated with cable rails, giving the space an overall look of a modern Greek villa.
