This home is a more contemporary take on a Key Largo Coastal Home. The facade is clad in white siding and shellstone with light finishes son the interior. To minimize disruption on the adjacent wetland, we worked with a very limited building footprint. We created an efficient floorplan where we maximized the interior living space and created a screened small terrace with a plunge pool.
