North Miami Mixed Use
The North Miami Mixed Use Project features 159 Units of affordable housing and 12,000 SF of retail/commercial space. The building is placed at a diagonal on site to create a new streetscape to 135 Street featuring green spaces and seating for the public. We created a dynamic facade to reflect the unit mix, giving each unit a sense of individuality.
