Fairway Lakes Renovation No. 3

For this third Fairway Lakes Renovation we replaced the railings with stainless steel cable rail and a teak handrail. We refinished the building with white paint, decorative rafters, and a light stone finish to blend in naturally with the landscaping. We also added a screen enclosure with stone to hide the utilities and complement architecture of the main building.
