The site for this project is adjacent to a mangrove habitat where we have a limited footprint to build the home. Our biggest challenge for this project was to fulfill the client’s programmatic requirements and fit a 5 bedroom home with a pool on the site. The parking is located underneath the home and the first floor has an open floor plan with the living room and kitchen that open up to the pool area and a primary suite for the homeowner. The second floor has 4 bedrooms facing the view of the mangroves.
